Adopt a Guinea Pig (medium coat)

Tracy and Delilah are a lovable pair who met in the Rescue  -- and it was love at first sight! A pet store sold Delilah as a boy to be a companion for another male. When she got pregnant she was taken to a local shelter where she had 3 baby boys. Tracy and his brother were taken to a local shelter shortly after being born. As the brothers matured they started fighting and had to be separated. 

Tracy, who is neutered, is a chocolate brown and white Abyssinian born in October 2017 and has a very friendly personality. One of his favorite places to rest is right under your neck where he is warm and comfy. He also always comes to the edge of his cage when he hears vegetables coming and even stands up on his tiptoes to reach his snack!

Delilah, who is spayed, is about 8 months old and is a black and white American short haired guinea pig who is still a bit shy but is adapting very quickly. If you are patient she will come up to the edge of the cage for her vegetables and then dashes back into hiding to eat peacefully. She also enjoys being held and will stay in your lap for a long time.

This duo has an excellent appetite for their Oxbow pellets and Timothy hay, and they enjoy a variety of fresh vegetables. They both love to eat and have yet to meet a veggie that they won't try! Tracy and Delilah need to live in a Rescue-required Cubes and Coroplast cage of at least 2 cubes by 4 cubes located in a room the family spends time in so everyone can enjoy their company.

The adoption fee for Tracy and Delilah is $100 ($45 for a neutered male and $55 for a spayed female). Are you interested in finding out more about adopting this sweet pair?
